Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using the 639 cc platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
You must be at least 21 years old and a resident or citizen of the Philippines to open a 639 cc account. Registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited. One account per individual.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ are supported. Withdrawals are paid to the same channel used for the original deposit.
All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements disclosed at the time of the offer. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until playthrough conditions are met. 639 cc reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 639 cc will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your password.

639 cc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or is found to have provided false information during registration.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By clicking "Register", "Create Account", or any equivalent confirmation mechanism on the 639 cc Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 639 cc with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede any prior representations, warranties, or understandings.
2.3 639 cc reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement. We will notify registered Members of material changes via the contact information held on their account.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the 639 cc Platform, you must:

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance attributable to activity conducted in breach of these requirements.
4.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 639 cc Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
4.2 You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Your mobile number serves as your primary account identifier.
4.3 You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 639 cc will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 639 cc is required under PAGCOR regulations and Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act, as amended) to conduct KYC verification prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID card) and proof of address. Accounts that fail KYC verification may have withdrawal access suspended until verification is completed.
4.5 You must notify 639 cc promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of account security by contacting support at support@639cc.app.
5.1 All monetary transactions on the 639 cc Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are as disclosed in the Platform's banking section and may vary by payment method.
5.2 639 cc accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Additional channels may be added or removed from time to time.
5.3 Deposits are credited to your 639 cc wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Processing times vary by channel; GCash and Maya transfers are typically credited within seconds. 639 cc is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.4 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account in the Player's name. 639 cc reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
5.5 Funds deposited on the Platform must be used for gaming purposes. 639 cc is not a financial institution, e-wallet, or money transfer service. The Platform must not be used for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any activity in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
6.1 From time to time, 639 cc may offer bonuses, free bingo tickets, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered Members. The full terms of each promotion — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods — will be disclosed on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.
6.2 Bonus funds are held separately from your real-money balance until applicable wagering requirements are fulfilled. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until playthrough conditions are met. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion.
6.3 639 cc reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a promotion, 639 cc's decision shall be final.
6.4 Misuse or abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus, exploiting software errors, or engaging in bonus-hedging strategies — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.
6.5 Promotions are intended for personal entertainment purposes only and are not available to persons acting in a professional or commercial capacity in the context of gaming.
7.1 Each game available on the 639 cc Platform is governed by its own specific rules and payout structures, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a specific game's rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics.
7.2 All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the Platform are supplied by certified studios and tested by independent laboratories for fairness. Displayed Return-to-Player (RTP) figures reflect independently verified long-term averages across a statistically significant number of game rounds.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or interrupted connectivity during a game round, 639 cc will apply reasonable measures to resolve the issue. Where a game result is inconclusive due to a technical fault, 639 cc may void the affected round and return the stake to the Player's wallet.
7.4 639 cc reserves the right to void and reverse any winnings arising from a game that was made available in error or that contained a software defect affecting its intended operation. Such decisions will be communicated to affected Players.
8.1 639 cc is committed to responsible gaming and provides all registered Members with access to the following tools via their account settings:
8.2 Any self-exclusion request submitted by a Player will be processed within 24 hours of submission. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected period. Attempts to register a new account during a self-exclusion period are a breach of these Terms.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 639 cc Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate authorities:
10.1 All content on the 639 cc Platform — including but not limited to the 639 cc name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and data — is either owned by or licensed to 639 cc and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
10.2 You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
10.3 Game content is provided to 639 cc under licence from third-party game studios. All trademarks and intellectual property rights in individual games remain with their respective studio owners.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 639 cc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 639 cc's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 639 cc does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malware or other harmful components, although we undertake commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform security and availability.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
12.1 639 cc collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), the Implementing Rules and Regulations thereof, and the requirements of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
12.2 By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 639 cc Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
12.3 Your personal data may be shared with PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities as required by law, with KYC and payment processing partners in the course of operating the Platform, and with law enforcement agencies where disclosure is required by a lawful order.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or such regulatory dispute resolution mechanism as may be prescribed by PAGCOR from time to time.
13.3 639 cc operates in compliance with all applicable PAGCOR directives, circulars, and memoranda as issued from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a PAGCOR regulatory requirement, the PAGCOR requirement shall prevail.
14.1 639 cc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication at 639cc.app/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page indicates the date the currently published version took effect.
14.2 For material amendments that may substantially affect your rights, 639 cc will provide advance notice via your registered mobile number or through a Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.3 If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish to close your account, contact support at support@639cc.app.
